Showers And Stuff Offers Free Shipping Unless Otherwise Stated

We aim to process and ship orders quickly.

• Standard shipping typically arrives within 1–5 business days, depending on delivery location.
• Expedited shipping options may arrive as soon as next business day or up to approximately 5 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or product availability.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Returns must be made in person at our store location
• Products must be unopened unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• There are no penalties for returns of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS 

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item:

• Showers and Stuff will cover all return shipping or exchange costs.
• Replacement or refund will be issued upon inspection.

CUSTOMERS REMORSE

If you change your mind:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

SPECIAL ORDERS-ITEMS DISCUSSED AND AGREED TO.

Special-order items are subject to a 15%–25% restocking fee if returned.
