Refunds will be issued within 5 to 15 days of receipt of returned item. Items must be original unused resell-able condition, and packaging.
A store credit will be issued within 15-30 days upon receipt of applicable returned stained item. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to cover shipping cost, as these items are not resell-able and is a loss to the company. Item must qualify to show manufacturer’s defect or faulty product.

During delivery by a third party mishaps can happen.
Upon receive of product it must be examined for damage, a claim must be made within a 24hr period.
We will issue you return labels for the product.

Terms & Conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Any contract made between Showers and Stuff and the client as well as the transmission of any purchase order and the consequent implication or expressed construction of the relevant contract, presumes and involves the Client's full awareness and acceptance of these general Conditions of Sale (GCS):
I. Commercial Literature and product Specification
All commercial literature has indicative purposes only: photographs, colours, drawings, dimensions,
Descriptions and any specifications shall not be binding on Showers and Stuff
Due to its policy of continued improvement, Showers and Stuff reserves the right to change product
Specifications at any time without notice.
Prices listed in the "Price List" are indicative public prices expressed in Canadian Dollars, F.O.B Our
Warehouse and exclusive of all and any taxes, unless expressed otherwise.
Showers and Stuff retains the right to change any prices, including NET prices, however quoted.Prices are only valid for dispatch of relevant products within a 30 day period from date of quotation, unless
otherwise expressly agreed in writing between Showers and Stuff and the Client. All prices, howsoever advised indicated or quoted shall not be binding on Showers and Stuff and are subject to revisions so as to reflect current market conditions and in the absolute discretion of Showers and Stuff In any case, only prices quoted on order confirmation will be bin
Any order is subject to acceptance and confirmation from Showers and Stuff which reserves the right to accept or refuse it: the mere receipt of an order shall not be binding on Showers and Stuff for its performance.
Any orders or engagements taken by agents, representatives or sale promoters are invalid and shall not be binding on Showers and Stuff in any way unless and until their approval and confirmation in writing is given by Showers and Stuff
Showers and Stuff reserves the right to amend the order with reasonable quantity and or quality amendments that should be necessary in order to ensure the best order's performance according to quality, production, logistic and administration issues. In case it was not before, the order shall be intended to be confirmed with the actual shipment of goods ordered according to the prices and any conditions in effect at that time.
4. Lead Time
General and specific lead times indicated in correspondence, offers and order confirmation are estimated in good faith only and shall not be binding; this is in consideration of any kind of unpredictable occurrences
that might affect normal or planned activity. Any delay in dispatch of an order shall not give rise to a right to cancel the order, nor have Showers and Stuff incur any penalty or charge of any kind.Fire, Flood, Strike, Lock-out and any other major causes as well as shortages of materials and labor and any other causes whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Showers and Stuff, shall in full right suspend terms of dispatch, without Showers and Stuff incurring any penalty, charge or liability for any loss or damage arising there from.
Upon receipt of payment
Products are shipped within 2 business days.
For international shipments, transport costs and risks are shared according to the TERMS clause applicable in force of the contract agreement and in accordance with the order confirmation.
Showers and Stuff shall not be liable for any delay, howsoever occurred in transit.
In case of accident, the Client is due to issue a proper reserve at receipt of delivery, as well as to notify a claim in respect of the transport company without delay.
Shortages in delivery shall not give rise to a right to reject the products delivered.
Any claims in respect of supposed quality defects of the product, must be made in writing to Showers and Stuff
Inc. within seven days of receipt of the product, otherwise they will not be admissible.
Any claims in respect of supposed shortages or errors in delivery and invoicing errors, must be made in
writing to Showers and Stuff within 24hrs of receipt of delivery or invoice, otherwise they will not be admissible. Damaged Items received must be reported within 24hrs of receipt, otherwise they will not be admissible.
Any claims or queries of any kind shall not give rise to a right to suspend or delay, even partially, the payment which must be made in full in due terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made before delivery of products. In case a term of payment is agreed, payment must be made within the Due Date agreed. Time for payment shall be of the essence of the contact.
In case of installment payment, default in any payment on the Due Date shall render the entire balance outstanding immediately payable in full.
Once expired the date by which the payment is due, without any notice being given, interest shall be due to Showers and Stuff at the rate per annum in accordance with the law in respect of business transactions.
Settlement of all interest due must be made along with the payment of original debt. In case interest is charged and payable, any payment will be applied to outstanding interest charged firstly and any balance to original invoice balance.
Any delay, partially or not in payment of a due amount gives rise to a right to suspend the performance of any contract or order made between the client and Showers and Stuff not withstanding it was confirmed or already due.
8. Property of Risk
Risk in the product shall pass to the Client at the time at which shipment takes place, in accordance with Clause 5 above Showers and Stuff shall retain the right of FULL ownership of and TITLE of all products delivered to the Client until FULL payment has been received by Showers and Stuff, in respect of relevant invoice.This reserve of property clause shall be effectively opposed to any third party. Sale of Showers and Stuff products
which price has not been paid in full shall be invalid and shall be subject to claim for revocation.
Products listed in the "Price List" in effect are guaranteed for the period stated by manufacturer"s warranty from any defect of manufacture.The General Conditions of Guarantee which shall be in effect at the date of order
conformation will be applicable.
These conditions shall override any terms and conditions stipulated or referred to by the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any modification or amendment made to these Conditions shall be valid only when made in writing and signed by one of the Directors of Showers and Stuff.
In the event of any claim or dispute affecting the application of the Conditions, and or arising out of the
contract or its performance, the proper law to govern over such disputes, in all respects, shall be the Laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and solely the Courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any contract made between Showers and Stuff and the Client is subject to
the terms and conditions set forth in the General Conditions of Sale.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, in writing, by Showers and Stuff and the
client, the standard terms of payment is due at time of purchase.
All SPECIAL ORDERS, unless otherwise agreed upon, in writing, by Showers and Stuff Inc. and the client, will require a DEPOSIT in the amount of no less
than 50% of the Invoiced Amount. In the case of cancellation by the client for any
reason whatsoever, the DEPOSIT amount will be forfeited. In the event of
cancellation by Showers and Stuff, the DEPOSIT amount received will be
returned and the client waves any right to compensation, monetary or otherwise
against Showers and Stuff and its Agents and/or Affiliates.
Product Warranty is limited to replacement of defective product only, as set forth in the General Conditions of Sale, with the original model item and/or equivalent item as solely determined by Showers and Stuff. The client expressly agrees to Product Replacement Only and waves any claim of Liability for Damages of any kind, however caused, and any and all Labor and Delivery Charges against Showers and Stuff and its Agents and/or Affiliates.
In the event of product replacement, the product must be returned to Showers and Stuff which Showers and Stuff., at its sole discretion, will inspect and determine if the returned product qualifies for Warranty Replacement. If the product qualifies for Warranty Replacement, the replacement product will be sent to the Client by Showers and Stuff, its agents and/or affiliates at No Charge to the Client. If the returned product does not qualify for Warranty Replacement, the product will be returned to the Client on a Payment on Delivery basis by a delivery method determined by Showers and Stuff, agents and/or affiliates. The Client agrees to pay all delivery charges and expenses associated with the return of the original product and will hold Showers and Stuff, its Agent and/or Affiliates, harmless for said Delivery Charges and Expenses.
By completing an ON-LINE Shopping purchase on our Showers and Stuff web-site, the Client expressively agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the General Conditions of Sale as set forth.

Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 8:30a - 4:30p EST, excluding holidays.
All orders usually ship within 2 business days (M-F) after a payment has cleared. Payments arriving after 12 PM EST or on Friday’s and Holidays are processed the next business day. Orders are shipped via Courier or Post. We are not responsible for shipping delays once turned over to the carrier. Products ship from our warehouse facilities in Toronto Ontario Canada
If an incorrect item is received and reported within 24 hours, a pre-paid return-shipping label will be issued to the customer at no cost. Once the incorrect item is received and inspected, the replacement order will be processed and shipped to the customer at no cost. Items reported incorrect or missing after the 24-hours inspection limit will not be considered for re-shipment.
We take great care in shipping your products in protective packaging. However, should you receive a product damaged in transit, please contact customer service and file a claim within 24 hours of delivery. You may be required to hold the product for up to 10 days for inspection by the shipping carrier.
Showers and Stuff. is not responsible for:
· the cost of installation
· installation errors
· damage caused by installation
Showers and Stuff. recommends installation of its products by qualified licensed professionals or master plumbers. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the product purchased meets local Plumbing and Building Standards in your area. Showers and Stuff always endeavours to meet and exceeds CSA approvals
Please contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment. Products can be returned within 5 Business days from the date of receipt of product with proof of purchase. Returned items must be unused, not have been installed, in its original packaging, and include all parts including installation instructions. All returns are inspected upon arrival for damage or missing parts. Refunds will not be processed on items returned in damaged condition or missing parts. A restocking fee of 20% for faucets and accessories and 25% for sinks will apply to all returns. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Unauthorized returns will not be honoured.
Defective Products / Warranties
Products are warranted by the manufacturer. Please check your product information for specific warranty terms. Products discovered to be defective after installation should be referred to the manufacturer for replacement options.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any specific reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.
Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
We, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We also reserve the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same e-mail account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
