Ouch, lets fix that quickly. Upon 24 hours of receiving a shipment that is damaged, take a picture and send us an email of the non-installed piece, with your order number. We will issue return postage at no cost to you.
Refunds will be issued within 5-15 days of receipt of returned item. Items must be original unused resell-able condition, and packaging.
A store credit will be issued within 15-30 days upon receipt of returned item. Used and stained items may incur a small restocking fee of 15% to cover shipping cost, as these items are not resell-able and is a loss to the company.

We can use text to communicate with you on the day of your delivery to make things easier if you'd like. Once we are all set to go we will give you a one hour notice before your item is dropped off.
