At Showers and Stuff, we want you to be confident with your purchase. Most unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
Opened items:
- Must be in their original packaging
- Complete with all parts, manuals and accessories
- In resalable condition
Special Orders:
Special-order products may be subject to a 15%–25% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer and product. Certain custom or specially ordered items may be final sale.
Incorrect or Defective Products:
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. When the issue is confirmed, Showers and Stuff will arrange the appropriate replacement, return or resolution at no additional return-shipping cost to you.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the incorrect item, colour or finish, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Installed or Used Products
Products that have been installed, used, damaged or altered cannot be returned unless confirmed to have a manufacturer defect.
Return Authorization
Please contact Showers and Stuff before returning a product. Returns must be approved before they are shipped or brought back to our location.
Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. Original delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Showers and Stuff.
